The dosing tube for my magnesium has gone black. If I wanted to replace it, can I use the 1/4” stuff from EcoTech.

Can’t find any GHL stuff in stock in the UK.

For the regular dosers, the 1/4 inch works. That's what I'm doing. But with the push to connect fittings on the maxi doser, the larger 1/4 inch tubing can be very difficult to remove.

I just bought a 1/4 to 6mm union and a small bit of 6mm tubing for the Maxi 2.2 that I'll be adding in tomorrow.

I didn't think it would be a big difference when I read the manual and I made it work with my runs as I've got a lot of 1/4" stockpiled. The 1/4" is too tight for my liking and I feel a leak or damage to the fittings on the Maxi could occur overtime.

These are what I found on Amazon

6mm to 1/4" union
