Any idea what this is on the base of my frogspawn?

I am currently also battling, what I was told was, bryopsis. Knocked out 95% of that with fluconazole, but all of my snails died and caused an ammonia spike so I had to do a large water change and put carbon in. I'm weary about dosing again, I have no snails left, but I think the fluc maybe caused them to die, so I don't want to hurt anything else.

But that looks totally different than whatever this is.

How long has the fluconazole been in the tank? It can kill GHA. If your lucky it will kill whatever that is that's still there.
The issue you now have is it has prob killed all the algae that you want in the tank. Now it will be a battle to see what type takes over consuming the nutrients
