Hammer coral burst it’s tentacles

Hello, a glass fell on my hammer coral and it cut open 4 or 5 tentacles. Is this Ok? How will I prevent BJD? Please réspond. Thank you.

It's very hard to tell anything from your photo. In general, the best you can probably do is an iodine dip, place it in a low flow area, and then leave it alone. It will either recover or it won't.
