Hey everyone!! My name is Aaron and I’ve been in the reef hobby for 3 years. I have a 10gal tank with 2 clownfish and a tail spot blenny.
My oldest clown named Sushi (orange) is almost 3 years old, my other clown Steak (hence my username) is 2 and my blenny Yum-Yum is 1.5 years old.

I consider myself an intermediate fish keeper, and I’m most proud of my simple yet stable tank that I’ve moved across cities 2 times with zero casualties, despite many hiccups!

I’m looking to smoothly upgrade to a much bigger tank soon and I hope to learn a lot from this community! Can’t wait to meet y’all!

Hello Aaron and Welcome to R2R! When I started out my brother in law had a 150gl and advised me to buy the biggest tank that I could afford. I started with a 180 for 10 yrs before leaving the hobby. I am back and not only did I get another 180 but I also have a biocube 32 and a QT 30gl. Upgrading is always fun.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
