unless I'm missing something, I don't see any signs of ich. The foxface will change colors on his own, they camouflage when stressed.

What signs are you seeing? Any flashing/rubbing on rocks or substrate?

I see a couple of little spots by his nose. My wife's swears he is covered in ich. But I woke up this morning and my clownfish was clearly covered in ich and kind of bobbing on the top of the surface.

#fishmedic will be able to assist. They'll want clear photos in bright white lights and a 30 sec or so video to diagnose.... clown being covered could be brook as well... best to get their opinion though

Welcome to the forum!
I’m not seeing anything conclusive in the pictures either. Clear shots of the clown will help.
Were these fish quarantined? What was the most recent addition?

Video of clowns under white light will help tremendously. Foxface looks like he's acting like a Foxface to me. They tend to be skiddish, especially when new. They also will go through dramatic color changes when scared or stressed, including visible spots.
