Well, it's DIY, so technically it came from my basement.
The parts came from a number of places. I'm new here and am not up to speed on the rules about naming vendors, so I'll just say that the LEDs came from a well known LED website, the drivers came from an electronics parts place, the power supply was found on the auction site and the remaining parts were sourced locally. The 41"x3.5" heatsinks were not originally meant to be heatsinks, they were aluminum extrusions that we're "repurposed."

Did my DIY almost 2 years ago on 30 inch heatsinks with 24 cw and rb on each heatsink. I have 2 over my 125g controlled by my RKL and I have never been able to get them over 60% intensity. Love it. Oh yeah, they ran $440 each at that time.

I went with the rapidled DIY fixture, 36 cree 3w leds, 18 cool white, 14 royal blue, 4 blue. two 20inch heat sinks hanging from ceiling. Looks amazingly sleek for DIY and love the **** things! They're alot more powerful than anticipated!
