How To Keep Torch and Hammer Corals?

I have all mine in medium light & low flow as possible which in my tank is the front bottom corners. I think torches seem to welcome a little extra flow but hammers definitely get upset if you blast them. I think they also appreciate the same alk stability that is vital for sps, although they can be more tolerant.

Also check the cut on skeleton & look for tissue recession at the base of the polyp. I had my first aussie gold torch melt which was a bad cut for sure. The 2nd one, from tcr, has done great & now has 2 totally separate heads.

Leslie, love that pink frogspawn. I almost got that if I hadn't already over spent... put me on the list for a head of that one when the time comes...

How long have you had your gold torch. Got mine from TCR durring there store event and it is huge and doing great.
