For reference I split my condy nem even tho everyone said not too just to see if it could pull through since they are one of my favorites and I want to propagate them to fill out my 55
Iv read opinions from multiple sources going back and fourth and figured I had to give it a shot. It’s been two months since the split and they both eat and are growing well they haven’t lost any coloration or fullness since the split. The white Condy is what it looked like the day i purchased it for for some background as well

Yep nice anemones
Yes I have seen people chopping them but ii don’t fancy it . I just let them split naturally. I even have anemones that brood there young then spit them out. Your anemones look healthy. Good luck going forward.
