I picked up a couple of anemones from a local reefer for $20 and they are clearly different. I have to ask if this smaller one that is way brighter is just your run of the mill rbta or if it is actually a higher end sunburst, supernova, etc... Photos were taken under my ATI hybrid and used an orange filter on a few.

purple tips indicate they are rainbows. True sunburst & supernovas do not have purple tips

Thank you both for the reply. I'm not a collector of BTAs but he wanted me to take 2 more of these for $20. I didn't need that many, but when I got home and saw how bright it was, I wanted to rule it out that these were not high end ones. If there were, I'd be heading back to buy them.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
