I just received an IM 75INT. The tank came with a black compressed foam pad on the bottom. Am I supposed to remove it? Its blocking the drain holes so am assuming so but wasn’t sure.

My 15g tank came with a foam pad like that, but it's supposed to be there to help stabilize it and prevent salt creep. If it's blocking the drain hole, then I am not sure.

Dang, for the price of those tanks you would think they would pre cut those holes for you.
