Is my anemone attacking the other?

The one on the top suddenly moved on top of the other. The other one suddenly seem to cower down.

What should I do?

They are not attacking each other or else you will one all retracted.
They are competing for space. You should consider separate them so they can keep from getting shaded by the other anemone.
