I see a discoloration which might be a coral sting.

What do I do

I still don't see anything wrong with him. If you are talking about the two, very hard to see dark spots, those might have been caused by being stung by a coral. In that case there is nothing to do but wait for it to heal on it's own.

I think he is referring to the bulge under the side fin...bottom kind of where stomach is...it seems to be a little bloated maybe ?

I see what appears to be a bulge in the stomach area. @Bubs2 is this an accurate observation?

If so, when was the last time you saw this fish poop? This could be a case of simple constipation. Also, is the fish still eating?

Sorry for the late response, just saw him poop yesterday night and he eats like a champ!

What color was the poop? White or not white? Also, is the bulge still present?

The poop was a brown color. The bulge is still there maybe a little smaller

Try feeding him a few peeled boiled peas every day. To help push things out.

My tangs look like this a lot with as much nori as I offer - that said if this happened quickly I would definitely recommend feeding the peas to remove blockage. It honestly wouldn't be a bad idea either way, it won't hurt anything.

I'll update you and Humblefish on what happens over the next few days. Thanjs for all the help!
