Why not Luis? I've seen nothing special with mine. That said I got him from a guy who collected 4 of them on a dive trip to Florida so he didn't spend any time in shipping or a fish shop

triton67, interesting setup. Seems really simple but will be effective. Can you post a pic of the exit plumbing on the brute ATS? Also, how do you determine the flow? I'm very intrigued, and considering making my own diy ATS...just on a smaller scale as my DT is just a 75gal. Thanks!

I fig since I alread had the brute I wold try it. Might be overkill. And the flow rate I'm just gonna play with and see what works best

Exit plumbing is 2 3/4 pvc pipes down into the sump. 1 about an inch from the bottom of the brute. The other above the bottom drain. Just in case bottom one gets clogged
