Is this the way the system is supposed to work?

I used the cart feature to come up with up a couple of solutions at different price points. When I didn't precede with those transactions, their value was removed from my existing Reward points.

Just checking to see if that is the way the site is supposed to work.

Thanks

I leave things in my cart all the time and even sometimes apply reward points and discount codes but don’t check out, and have never noticed points being taken from my balance.

So the balance of rewards points you've already earned decreased?

Have you been banking your points for a while? Points expire after one year (FYI for anyone that isn't aware).

Keeping it clean: Have you used a filter roller?
