Well I was thinking one of each. The long one for whole tank illumination and one for more intencity over the main coral area.

Have you looked into some of Sponsors here like 'Reef Radiance' or 'Reef Breeders' for the money they have better components and ultimately will serve you better for a longer period of time. Any of these fixtures including the E-Bay linked ones will provide more than needed light supply so you will need to educate yourself as to what intensities/placement are correct for given Coral chosen.

And place one left one right? I don't know how much light corals need to grow well.
Exactly. That would be plenty of light for whatever you are planning on keeping.
