So I bought about 100 pounds of live rock. It's currently in a brute can with water, a heater and a couple powerheads. I was looking at the top layer of rock and I can count about 12 small aiptasia. So I'm guessing the Ro k is covered throughout. What is the best way to rid myself of these before I add the rock to my display? I was goi g to set the entire tank up this weekend, but I will wait if it is easier to kill them off outside of the tank.

Ouch. And your rock is cycled and ready for the tank I take it? Bummer, its easier to bleach the rock to kill em off, unless one of your first fish is going to be a Copperbanded Butterfly Fish
