Male or female skilletfish?

I acquired a skilletfish (Gobiesox strumosus) about 2 months ago and it’s thriving in my tank. Just wondering how I could identify the sex of it so I can try and find a mate for it.

I acquired a skilletfish (Gobiesox strumosus) about 2 months ago and it’s thriving in my tank. Just wondering how I could identify the sex of it so I can try and find a mate for it.

I'm not sure that this species is sexually dimorphic, I've not heard that they are.
