So I ordered a Algae Turf Scrubber from BRS (order 1102560775)
UPS did it's UPS thing and....
BRS usual good customer service sends me out a replacement. They have me take 7 photos of all sides of the box and the damaged merch.
Ok cool I move on with it.
A couple days later the UPS app updates to say they are sending some out to look at the damage. Mind you I wasn't told about this or called or emailed. Only that I noticed it in the app looking at the other shipment.
Nothing is scheduled with me, no calls or email again.
Today I see this....
Now mind you still didn't know when this was planned and I work but my spouse was home. "No I never heard the bell."
