Mandarin goby mistake??

I just bought this Mandarin goby today from my lfs. He was acting super healthy at the store. But in the bag he seems to have lost color. He definitely has a lot of mucous as you can see which I’ve read is a defense mechanism. Need a second opinion on how it’s health looks before it causes a problem in my tank

Mucus separation from netting and bagging can happen. Loss of color in bag due to loss of aeration and provided it's going into a healthy tank- should restore quickly
