Hello,
I'm seeking UV advice for dinoflagellates control only in a 265g RedSea Reefer.

I own a Lifeguard 25w 3" Pro-Max, from my previous aquarium, which I plan to plumb through one of the return lines. I'd like to purchase a second for the other return line but unsure if I should add a second 25w, or 40w sterilizer.

I don't want to undersize, but concerned about the heat they'll generate this summer without a chiller. My turnover rate is around 6x per hour, so 2 x 25w units would fall within the recommended flow rate, but its only a $60 difference in price between the 25w and 40w.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!
