My dad and I grow huitlacoche, which is a mushroom - like food it is a Mayan/Aztec delicacy served in high end Mexican restaurants. Any one familiar with it? Also known as corn smut, it is actually a fungus that grows in corn.

Here's a picture from last year, got this one from Golden Basket on Ebay. The red has colored up a lot since then and it's fluffier and the lime green glows nicely
