I see that; that sucks. That coral is growing good. I just got a blue acropora going to test my skills with this one. Its in SPS forum. Do have any other corals your growing good?

Oh nice, I just did a PH test and its light brown:squigglemouth:, So i'll be going to get some PH buffer. Probably with getting it up to 8.3 and stable i should be alright. How is everyone maintaining P.h besides dosing pumps.

pH isn't the end of the world. As long as the other params are in check then all should be fine.

Be wary of using pH buffers as quite often they can have an effect on another parameter and cause even more problems.

Don't mess with ph. It'll throw other stuff that's more important off track. Keep the big three in check and you should be ok

There are other factors that can bring ph down, but as long as your ph is at 7.8 or above I wouldn't worry

OK, i was using a API test kit and hit was on the light brown card. I'm going to need to see some growth out of these corals by thanksgiving or its probably bye bye lights. I would say its the only factor that would be causing no growth. But everyone have a good hump today; tomorrow.
