I have had my powder blue in this tank for about 2 years now, I have recently redid my rock scape and the next day I noticed my tangs fin seems to have been injured. I don’t know what kind of injury it is, need advice???!!!

This is from a bite or injury and should be treated in a separate tank using seachem kanaplex which is broad spectrumI have had my powder blue in this tank for about 2 years now, I have recently redid my rock scape and the next day I noticed my tangs fin seems to have been injured.
