I am using a Neptune ATK standalone, and I have the float valve with the optical sensors like 6" or so above the water line in my sump but the pump will not turn on for some reason. It worked fine for a month or so but now it won't activate the pump. The FMM is staying lit blue and not giving off any errors. Neptune systems are really letting me down recently. Always having to troubleshoot something and I can't get anything to work consistently. Does anyone know the solution to this?

Did it run low at any point? I’ve found if air gets in the pump it won’t turn on until the air is out (laying it on its side usually does it)

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
