Hello,

My Trident has been up and running since the first of December. Yesterday I decided to calibrate it while changing reagents. Following the calibration, the reading on the parameters matched up with the calibration fluid. However, since the calibration, my calcium is showing anywhere from 530-560 (Despite the fact that I shut off dosing to see if it would measure a drop). My calcium by hand testing comes in between 450-470. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Mark
