Hi. I have a 15 gallon Biocube. I recently noticed some new additions in my refugium. I peeled this one off.. I figured it was going to be smooth and slippery, but It was very fleshy and rough. The top picture is the side that was stuck to the refugium wall. Any guesses on what this is? I was guessing best case scenario of Stomatella Snail and worst case of Polyclad Flatworm.

Really hard to say out of water and under blue lighting (if you can get a pic of it in the water under white light, that would likely be helpful for ID purposes), but I would guess a sponge.

It's most likely some sort of sponge based off of its texture and appearance. I have plenty of sponges growing in my chaeto and in my refugium.
