My IM Nuvo 40g AIO Tank just finished its cycle today and I am getting ready to start adding pods/CUC/fish/corals to it, but am curious when I should add my planned filtration. Currently the back is only filled with return pump, heaters, and the ATO. The ultimate plan is to mirror Brandon McHenry's tank setup. Here is what I have on hand.
1) Tunze 9004
2) BRS ROX 0.8 GAC
3) ChaetoMax 18w
4)IM caddy that came with tank and media(may upgrade to intanks)
5) I have 5 lbs of base rock and 5 lbs of premium rock coming from TBS on the week of the 6th, I plan on taking the base and making it small enough that I can put it in one of the AIO chambers.

I do plan on doing a weekly 5g water change (approx 15%).

What order and when should I add these? Anything else I should consider?

No, I mean timing. Do I add all those at once or one at a time.

The main thing is to make sure that when you have a skimmer and refugium that you are feeding enough to not get 0 nitrate and 0.00 phosphate. You can start with the skimmer on a timer and running only at night. I'd put carbon in right away (I am a strong advocate for running carbon 24/7.
