If you don't have any corals in the tank I would lower your lights to help keep the ugly algae stage at a minimum while the tank matures and balances.

So Ive had my tabk for around 2 months with my live stock, only have 2 clowns, 1 gamma, and 1 cleaner shrimp. My tank is looking dirty due to the detritus thats been there for 3 weeks. What addition should I add to clean my tank further?

I would get some copepods for sure! Then if you go to Reef Cleaners.com, don’t just pick a package, but look at the individual tank cleaners, they will give you a good description of what eat is good for in a tank. I would start with cerith snails, nassarius snails, nerite snails, and blue legged hermit crabs.

I think you aren't getting great advice. You do NOT need a ton of snails and hermits of every type to just keep a nano clean. A CUC will NOT make those uglies go away. I don't like reef cleaners because their packages are way way too large.

If I were you, I'd add:
One Nassarius
two astrea
Lots of corals!

corals will help take up the real estate that algae can't. Let your corals start growing with your excess nutrients instead of algae.
