Opinions on first attempt at aquascaping for what will be my 150 gal

Looks pretty rad for your first time. Consider drilling some holes for frag plug placement and if they are just stacked add some epoxy at minimum. I like water weld. It can be had at homedepot or you can drill and add acrylic rods

Awesome shape and an i really like how one side has a cave vs pass through.
Hard to tell from the pic but just make sure you have room for coral to grow towards the glass without affecting an algae scraper

JB watereld. I sometimes use it with acrylic rod drilled into the rocks as well.

Looks awesome! I do agree though about holes for frag plugs.
Just a mason bit roughly the size of plugs?

Yes, masonry bits work just fine. Frag plugs are generally 3/8", so Maybe just slightly bigger, but not 7/16", that would be too big.
3/8” with a little wiggle at the end to widen it ever so slightly

Looks good to me.
Keep in mind (if you haven't already) that some flat "base rock" should be used under the structure so it doesn't settle and/or have the bottom pieces covered by sand.
