Maybe try wedging in some filter floss between the crate and the glass to keep it from slipping. Or if you have some magnets you could put on either side or even glue to the edge of the egg crate?

Is seaweed from the store OK to feed if it contains oil? I've been feeding herbivore pellets, but I don't have any nori. My closest LFS is 40 min away.

I have them separated (don't know why pic is sideways). Would you think a week would give enough time for the fins to heal if it were nipping causing the fin issue?

I found the seaweed at Walmart, so thank you. However, neither tang is remotely interested in it

Although I hesitate to be positive because that's about when everything starts falling apart, it would appear that the fins have almost completely healed. I don't know if the original cause of the ragged fins was from a bacteria infection or the Hippo, but this last time looks to be from the Hippo. Thank you for the idea to separate them.

Knowing now that the Hippo was biting the Mimic tang, what are the odds they will behave when they get into the display tank? It's a 265 gallon that only has three clownfish in it.

They will probably get along fine with that much room to share. However, just like with people some fish can be ******s.

Ok, I'm at a loss. Next week marks 30 days of copper, but I noticed yesterday (confirmed today) that the Hippo is twitching her head. How can this be? The copper levels have been between 1.5-2.0 the entire time. The Mimic is acting perfectly normal.

Did you ever treat with Prazipro 2x, 5-7 days apart? I scanned through the thread, but I'm not 100% sure of the answer.

No, I didn't. The twitching the Mimic demonstrated was thought to be velvet because the FW dip didn't show flukes. However, I never did a FW dip on the Hippo. Up until yesterday the Hippo has seemed 100% healthy this entire time. Can I do Prazipro while doing copper?
