Have you reached out to your vendor to see where your order status is?

They’ve only been out for two weeks or so and priority for first stock has been brick and mortar stores. I would just call or email them to check on your order status

SaltwaterAquarium.com said: RedSea has started distributing the ReefMat to LFS's and small shops. They always do this first before sending to larger online retailers like us. We are told "soon" with a latest-by-date of Mid-May. As soon as they are in, we will be shipping all pre-orders right back out the door. RS has shipped them they say - so hopefully next week!
