Rescue Foxface and 2 puffers from 36G in NJ?

I really wanted to get a larger tank but this person is selling his set up plus 3 fish for $150. I’m looking at at 75 but won’t be ready in time for them. Is anyone interested in helping me rescue these fish? I’m just a broke PhD Candidate and don’t have crazy funds. Even if I rescue this whole tank, it’s not big enough for even one of these guys…
