RFA and BTA touching, is there a loser?

I have 5 RFAs and one BTA. One of the rfas can't seem to find its happy place (the rest haven't moved in 6 mos.) and is constantly on the move. Recently it moved close enough to touch the bta. Is this an issue for one of them?
