Thanks Chris. The emperor has HLLE, so I've got work ahead. The blue spotted rabbit is all good.

Lights just came on. Hopefully scar face (my black tang) is done showing his bully side with the ccb.

Both the blue spotted rabbit and emperor angel are in the 240, both in the DIY acclimation box. Everybody already in the 240 seems fine except....... scarface (go figure).

Scarface is doing fine with the ccb, so that's good. Picked up a purple cap from a friend this weekend too.

I've always had issues with copperbands and tangs but this time around the CB is fine and the foxface is being abused.

Lol. He's good bow, turning sideways and displaying his spines. Scarface is bowing up to the emperor now thru the acclimation holder. Thanks Brett

Let the emperor and blue spotted rabbit into the display. Mild, mild aggression from my regal and scar face. They usually work together on control, lol.

Finally been knocking the PO4 out each week. Dosing 4 cap fulls per week of Seaklear. In the green stage right now, so no pics.

Purchased a plastic razor blade online to tackle my coraline covered front panel. It works better than anything I've tried, but still burns the shoulders!!

Glad there is no aggression. Keep us posted on how it goes over the next few days.

Have fun cleaning! LOL

Been a while, here's why:

I Hate Algae!!!

Things start looking good then I can't shake this junk. Was pulling po4 down via seaklear, went from 0.28 to 0.02 now, but not sure if no3 is causing this or po4 is not reading. Got my stomach so knotted up I'm about to do a 100% water change, if not putting fish in buckets and starting from scratch! Stopped dosing seaklear over 2 weeks ago and built a terrible upflow alage scrubber, but shockingly seems to be growing. Thoughts?

Just keep doing changes and use some GFO, Id imagine you still have some PO4 to take care of. It'll take a while but it'll run its corse.

Hmmmm. Rock leaching phosphates? Age of the bulbs? Have you tried boosting your magnesium to 1500-1600 to see if that clears it up? Water you are using?

Ryan, Ro/di with zero tds. LEDs under a year old. Mag hasn't been tested. I thought the rocks but my goodness, it's everywhere.

Brett, is this part of the po4 stripping process? I mean po4 @ high didn't look this bad. If it is pulling from within the rock, would also allow everything else to become terrible looking?
