I only have one small fish in a 10 gallon QT. If ammonia isn't high any reason to still do a water change? Or just let it go the 30 days?

While ammonia control is the main reason to do a WC in QT; I still like to siphon any poop, uneaten food, debris, etc. off the bottom in order to maintain good water quality. You can use airline tubing so you're not wasting a whole lot of SW.
