Single white spot on clown

My clown has this single white spot just above the side fin for couple of weeks now and it's getting bigger. No sign of stress, feeding as normal. Fish has been quarantined.
What is it?

Often when I see this, it turns out to be a grain of sand
Picture angle makes it hard to tell as side shots best
Keep an eye on it that it remains as one and does not multiply

What is it?

Could just be a bump/scrape or a small abscess. In the absence of any other symptoms, I wouldn't treat it - yet. the only thing that worries me is that you said it is growing larger.
