Hi everyone,

I have some clownfish questions I was hoping someone can answer please :) :

1. How many times can a Clownfish change it's sex? Unlimited times?

2. How long does it take for a Clownfish to change sex?

3. If you have two Clownfish in a tank, is it possible for them never to partner up*? (*I lost a Clownfish that seemed paired. I then introduced a new Clownfish and the new Clownfish quickly got bit a few times by my old one (that was paired I think). Now they avoid each other be staying on different sides of the tank (its been about 1.5 weeks together)).

Thank you very much,

J. Scott

I think mine never paired. They did not fight as one was clearly larger than the other, but they did not paired and I never saw them spawning.
I do not know the answer to your other questions.
