I picked up some magicians from a local reefer. His magicians looked great and he cut me this frag. It’s been 2 weeks now and these things refuse to open. Everything else in my tank is open and doing well.

Have trying scrubbing, FW dip, and peroxide dip so far. Any suggestions or know why the outside of them looks like it has a brown crust?

Hard to tell in the light but I had something similar with cyano grow over one of mine that looked kinda similar.

Thanks. How did you end up killing it off? I'm going to take them out for a dip and turkey baster rinse again

They've been sitting for a week since the last dip. I'll let them be for a few more days prior to trying again.
