We frequently get asked about how to properly acclimate new corals to a saltwater aquarium. Taking the wrong steps, or not acclimating at all, can cause your new coral frags to be stressed out or worse. There is so much conflicting information out there, so Victor is here to set the record straight! Vic shows you the World Wide Corals way of acclimating new corals to your saltwater aquarium.

Shouldn't the corals be quarantined before placing them in the display tank?

Victor heads over to see Cristiano's amazing 3.5 year old reef tank. His aquarium is 360 gallons, and the dimensions are 8' long x 35" wide x 25" tall. This mixed reef aquarium is simply stunning, and jam packed with amazing live corals. The stand and filtration is just as impressive as the coral display. We rarely see tanks running ozone. What's your favorite part of this reef tank?

Victor takes you with him to Cars & Coffee, gluing corals in the 80g and maintaining the pico tank. Just when it was time to add acropora to his tank, some of the frags go missing.
