Thoughts on I.D. and general value of this Monti?

Hi reefers, local hobbyist is looking to sell this monti and he's not sure what kind it is. I didn't know either but I'm contemplating picking it up. Would be great if anyone knows what it is and what a fair price would be to offer for it. Thanks!

Looks like slow burn Monti. They grow fast. $20-30 maybe, assuming it’s on 3” tile.

Thanks Rongy! Between so many of these designer Montis looking similar and my being color-blind I have no idea what I'm looking at here I appreciate the feedback!
