So if "True" red people eaters have the purple around the mouth, would a "true" green people eater have it too? I picked up a colony of GPE yesterday and they've got the purple around the mouth. I'll post pics in a bit.

those in that pic are black, and black veins running across the skirts. Might be cause i have them in the shade. Thats a act shoot above just moved them out for a pic But i'm sure the black would faded in direct light though

I fragged a single polyp off the colony prior to dipping it (the place I got them from was swarming with nudis, don't worry, it's not where it can affect any of my other zoas :) ) in case the colony got aggravated and wouldn't open. Glad I did now, the single polyp is open and happy and while the colony is still healthy it's mad and not open. I'll post pics very soon, I just moved the polyp so that I could get a better pic :)

Either way those are extremely nice! I did notice the vein of black around the skirt but thought it was the lighting. Have you tried fragging a couple polyps and placeing them in higher lighting? I would be interested in seeing what they morph into.

you folks gota understand lighting makes abunch of dif in color in these morphs so dont be dismayed by lighter colors when buying from ethier LFS or other you may be surprised.

Well, as I said, the store was CRAWLING with nudis, so I had to dip them. They're in isolation until I'm POSITIVE that everything is gone. I hope they come out of the dip ok, but I felt that I had no choice :(
