Hello, I filled my tank with water and noticed the water line is not level (the front right corner is much higher than the higher three, and the back left corner is the lowest) I believe it is due to the floor/house.

Can someone please recommend me a way to fix this?

Drain your tank and pack your cabinets until plum hard plastic shims

Can I leave the rock and sand in the tank?
The correct way is to level the stand then put the tank on it.
That said it really depends on how much access you have to all sides.
If you have never done it before I would remove the tank from the stand.
Good luck and let is know how it turns out.

Thank you everyone for the support! I ended up draining most of the water (90%~) and left the rocks and sand in the tank. I had two people pick up each corner and a third slide in the shims. Tank is now 100% level on all 4 sides!

I used composite shims from Home depot.
