Hello everyone. I have recently bought a waterbox aquarium and in my plumbing kit I have 2 parts in bags labeled DIN and ANSI. Could anyone tell me what these are for? I do not see them references anywhere in the instructions. I have attached a picture. Thank you so much!

I have the same tank as yours and mine did not come with those parts. That’s weird. I wonder if someone on assembly acccidentally stocked those in your shipment.

Thanks for the replies. I have a message sent to waterbox asking about this as well. Here are the instructions attached. Those parts aren't referenced on the parts list anywhere so we will see what they say and I’ll pass it along in case someone else runs into it.

Hello! I am building my waterbox 110.4 now and was wondering what these are.

Were you able to get a response from waterbox?

I was asking Waterbox about if they had parts for sale that would let me change my setup to hard plumbing. This was there response. Might give you a better answer. I can’t find my ANSI, but do have a random extra pipe.

“There should've been union connector kits to assist with hard plumbing that was included in the plumbing kit. It should be labeled as DIN and ANSI in small bags and will be labeled as H5 in your manual.

For further parts to purchase to convert from metric to standard plumbing, you can find the appropriate pieces at the following link: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/catalogsearch/result?q=metric to standard

Thank you!”

Hope this might help
