What’s covering my Zoa’s?!?!

I can’t tell if this is coraline algae or something else, but it looks like it’s going to kill my Zoa. Can anyone help, my zoas just started growing well and I would hate to loose these.

im no reefing expert but i just found out there is such thing as RED hair algae. does this look like it?

Looks like cyano to me. Does it blow off if you hit it with a turkey baster?

Try blowing it off with a turkey baster. If so, Cyano.

That looks like a film of Cyanobacteria. I would recommend brushing it off the zoas. Normally caused by nutrient imbalance or poor water quality in newer tanks.

Cyano like the others have said. Syphon out or blow it off
