Any ideas? Mouth opens wide enough to make me think it’s a predator. Has not attempted to eat other fish in the last three months tho.

This guy is already sitting at 5-6”, which may rule that one out. Similar head shape for sure.

Looks like an Amblygobius species.

Saw this on reef beauties just now. Maybe this is your fish? Its listed in their gobies and blennies section
