What is this red color on my rocks

Hey guys, my tank has been setup for a year and a half. I have a big GHA problem but its better than my dinos problem months ago. However a few weeks ago I noticed this redding of the rocks. What is it?

Can’t see well through the GHA. Time to get a clean up crew on that
