When you add fish go slowly and I would suggest 1 maybe 2 at a time. Smaller the aquarium the lower the number of fish to add at a time. I would also make a list of fish you want and then do some research on them as I try to add the least aggressive fish first so they can establish themselves and progress to more aggressive fish.

A pair of captive bred ocellaris clowns were my first 2 fish; I didn't add any more for 6 weeks. Worked out perfectly; I prefer to add fish first as in a new setup never felt like there was anything for a CUC to clean up/eat.

Well how big is your tank ? That matters alot i would say. Deppending on how big it is. Add one or two at a time. I would add fish until the tank has been up and running for about a month and a half.
