Why did my coral banded shrimp randomly die?

I recently got a coral banded shrimp and he was doing fine and acting normal for the first few days then looked in the tank and noticed he died randomly does anyone know what could have caused this water is fine.

It could be a million reasons why it died, we need info to help narrow down the cause. Can you show a tank pic? Water parameters, tank age? Tank mates?
