I pulled this fella and a big bristleworm out my tank this morning when the power had tripped over night. Assuming it made them lethargic which is why I caught them in the open.

It definitely released a yellow venom / toxin from its body when it went into the sink.

ID please?

I've had one before that when I removed it, I missed it the first time and I think it released toxins and upset my Royal Gramma.

Looks like either a hair worm (Cirratulidae) or a spaghetti worm (Terebellide) to me - if the tentacles all come out from a single point, it’s a spaghetti worm; if they come out from basically all over the body it’s a hair worm.
Hair or Spaghetti - either one should be harmless/beneficial in a tank.
