Xenia & BTA PICO tank thoughts?

I have my 5 gallon deskmate running in my office currently with a clown goby, black ocellaris clown, some sexy shrimp and my CUC. I was thinking about doing a xenia tank, just letting it take over everything, but I was also thinking of putting a couple BTA's in as well- I'm assuming the nems will hold their own ground and just sting neighboring xenia so it wont bother them or over take them. Am I right in thinking that or is this a recipe for disaster lol?
